'Rebel'-The Richest Movie In The Prabhas Career

Young Rebel Star Prabhas, Tamanna and Deeksha Seth starrer Rebel has become the expensive movie in terms of budget. Rebel being made with a 40 Crore budget as per the producers is regarded as highest budget movie so far in Prabhas career.

Raghava Lawrence is directing this out and out mass entertainer and he has recently filmed a flashback episode in an erected set in Hyderabad that alone was made with Rs 2 crores. Along with Prabhas and main supporting cast, the flashback episode involved 100 fighters and 1000 junior artists.

Rebel is being produced by J Bhagawan and J Pullarao under Sri Balaji Cine media banner with C Ramprasad as the cinematographer and Lawrence himself as music director, choreographer and story writer.

Rebel is set for a release in the second week of June.

Prabhas's ' VAARADHI' Progressing At a Rapid Pace

Young Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Vaaradhi is progressing at a rapid pace in and around Hyderabad. The film which marks the debut of Writer turned director Koratala Shiva is currently filming action sequences that would be one of the highlights of the film.

Prabhas who has good physique among current generation heroes has tried out a new look for Vaaradhi and he shows of chiseled and muscular body in the intense fights choreographed keeping Prabhas in mind.

Actresses Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyay will provide the glamour quotient by romancing the Young Rebel Star in the movie. Rebel is being produced by Pramod Uppalapati and Vamsi Krishna Reddy under UV Creations with Devi Sri Prasad rocking the music.

REBEL to be remade in Tamil

Here's news on Our Darling's Upcoming Movie REBEL.Raghava Lawrence.,The choreographeractor-director, who is currently working on Rebel with Prabhas, Tamannaah and Deeksha Seth, is keen on remaking the same in Tamil.A well-informed source reveals, "Lawrence will be playing the lead in the Tamil version of Rebel, and will be directing the film himself.

Meanwhile, he's also launching his brother in his next Tamil-Telugu bilingual,Muni 3.

Lawrence says, "The groundwork for the sequel to Muni and Kaanchana is on. My brother will be doing a special dance number in it, and he will play a full-fledged character in my next. I've about a month's work left on Rebel. Once I'm done with it, I will start finalizing the cast and crew for Muni 3 And Going to confirm the remake of REBEL in TAMIL."

Prabhas Having Full Confidence On Lawrence

Lawrence’s film career is a saga in determination. He began as a self taught dance master and graduated to an artiste who climbed the ranks to even star as a hero in a few films, not before he donned the Director’s hat for a Tollywood film. The movie “Mass” starring Nagarjuna even went on to become a commercial success. But after that high there was a lull in Lawrence’s directorial ambitions. It now looks like that has got a much-needed fill-up with Prabhas’s “Rebel.” As the title suggests Prabhas’s character is a REBEL who does not hesitate to swim upstream if it means a few would benefit from his deeds. The framework has all the elements of a mass commercial cinema. Lawrence as is his wont is packing in the glitz with Deeksha Seth and Tamanna. On his part Prabhas has taken a calculated risk in placing his faith in Lawrence.Here is hoping that this move of his pays off..!!

Rebel Movie Fights To Out Come 'RACCHA'.!!

Prabhas' latest film under the direction of choreographer Lawrence has been in the offing for a while. Good news is that Lawrence is working day and night to finish the movie as soon as possible and with great quality. Rebel's fight-sequences are filmed at par with Racha's famously heard 'bamboo forest fight sequence.
Sources stated that Ramcharan has spent around 2 crores to cane this extraordinary fight sequence in some exotic forest locales of China. Now, Lawrence too wanted the same kind of rich fight for his movie, but has shot it traditionally at the famous 'Murari Temple' in Shamshabad. A unit member revealed that the fight came out very well and this stands as a brilliant piece of work till date among the best choreographed fights of Telugu cinema. One has to wait till the two films release to say who 'Racha' is and who is 'Rebel'!

Prabhas's Shooting Schedule For Vaaradhi

Young Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Vaaradhi shooting is currently taking place in Saradhi Studios in Hyderabad where in scenes on Kota Srinivasa Rao and Supreet and Prabhas are being filmed in the schedule.

Prabhas will be seen romancing the actresses Anushka and Richa Gangopadhay in the movie. Vaaradhi is the working title for the film and an official announcement is expected shortly. Writer Koratala Shiva is debuting as director with Vaaradhi while Pramod Uppalapati and Vamsi Krishna Reddy are producing it under the banner of UV Creations. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the tunes.

Prabhas is shuffling between Vaaradhi and Rebel sets. Raghava Lawrence directed Rebel will hit the big-screens for this summer while Vaaradhi takes some more time for pack.

Prabhas's REBEL And VAARADHI Shooting In Hyderabad

It has been in the shoot for a long time and finally Prabhas' film 'Rebel' with director Raghava Lawrence has neared completion as it is going through its final schedule at a temple in the outskirts of Hyderabad there by calling it curtains to the shoot.


The film, a high voltage action entertainer, has seen many delays with regards to its cast and crew. After Lawrence replaced composer S S Thaman who opted out of the project, it is heard that a senior technician has also been replaced by the choreographer turned-director.


Prior to this fresh outing, the film unit participated in a month long gruelling schedule at Bangkok. Produced by J Bhagwan and J Pulla Rao on Sri Balaji Cine Media, the film sees Tamanna Bhatia and Deeksha Seth paired opposite the 'REBEL' star for the first time.The unit has plans to give the film a summer release.


Apart From This Rebel Project., Prabhas's Coming Movie Under The Direction Of Koratala Siva Currently Named As 'VAARADHI' Movie Shooting Also Done In Parallel.Both The Movies Shooting Is Done In Hyderabad Areas Namely Ampally Temple Area Near Shamshabad and Saaradhi Studios In Hyderabad.

Rebel In Flash Back Schedule

Young rebel star Prabhas, Tamanna starrer film “Rebel” shooting is in progress at a Temple in Shamshabad, Hyderabad from 24th of this month. Director Lawrence is taking the important flash episode of the picture on Hero Prabhas, Krishnam Raju, Deeksha Seth, Prabhu, Supreeth, Mukesh Rushi and others with 600 junior artistes, 50 fighters and 50 Rowdie artistes in the background.
