Stiff competition is on to win the coveted rights of the film and according to the latest buzz Bellamkonda Suresh is in talks with the film makers and offered them Rs.32crs.
The movie makers are quoting Rs.34crs but going by the ongoing negotiations Bellamkonda Suresh is all set to get the rights for 'Rebel'. 'Rebel' is directed by director Raghava Lawrence and J. Pulla Rao and J.Bhagavan producing the film on Sri Balaji Cine Media banner.
