Chatrapathi is now being remade in Kannada. The movie it seems is ready for release. Kannada actor Sumanth plays the role of Prabhas and the movie is directed by Dinesh Gandhi who has roped in Bollywood Actor Arbaaz Khan for the movie.
In this film he will essay the role of a baddie. Confirming the news, Arbaaz stated that he has watched the original Telugu version of the film and found it really interesting and hence he decided to be a part of this project.
With respect to essaying a negative role in his Sandalwood debut he stated it really does not matter to him as far as his character is appreciated by the audiences.
